These terms govern use of the GulfGran Materials website. They are a working draft for counsel to review. They are not a supply contract, a quotation, or legal advice.

No offer
Pages, articles, and form confirmations are information. They are not an offer, a bid, or an acceptance. A supply of material exists only in a written contract between identified parties. Prices are not published because they are not standing offers.
Accuracy and limits
We describe raw granulated blast furnace slag and the way the company coordinates supply. We do not manufacture the material, operate furnaces, mills, ships, or terminals, or hold certifications that are not expressly and accurately stated. Technical standards such as ASTM C989 are described so they are not misapplied. They are not a claim that GulfGran or a raw cargo is certified.
Inquiries
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for having the right to send any file you attach. A confirmation reference means the form was received. It does not mean the material is available, approved, or sold.
Intellectual property
Site text and the temporary wordmark are provided for this website. Do not copy the site into another commercial publication. Photographs are representative stock images of ports and industry, not pictures of GulfGran cargoes or facilities. Article pages may link to public standards bodies and geological publications; those remain the property of their publishers.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as information. We are not liable for decisions made solely from these pages, including decisions about specification, classification, duty, or fitness of a material for a use. Fitness is a matter for the buyer’s specification and, where relevant, the engineer of record.
Law
These website terms are intended to be read under the laws of the State of Texas, without any statement about where a future supply contract will be litigated. A supply contract will name its own governing law.
